@fakan i did spoke with cedr today they did say to me they should not takw this long but they said they are legal action you can take but they said they can not help till they don’t give you code but let hope for thr best you keep me posted also plesse keep following them by phone or message evry 3- 4 days as the health team the do leave note for mediation ot might just give tiny push but atleast you have record thay you kept following on your mediation as this what am been doing as well the first mediatio i submitted on 2nd August and got reply on 8th September they close it due to sole trader and they need proof of my business am from uk now it been over 6 weeks the stress level is high as now are best time of the year for us

@fakan have you been following up on them evwry 4 to 5 days as the link account take long time for reply my was easy case which shiuld have been sorted in 3-4 week is now nearly 2 month they is queue which is why we getting delay
@fakan the link account take upto 3 to 4 month even my case wss easy still taking tome first mediation was rejected in 5 weeks and 2 day since i send proof of mh business niw they have taken longer they has been problem hwere maany peoole have been deactivated due kyc even they are not cover in mediation they have also apply which course problem for people who are entitled to mediation that why they taking time.
