Unfair Account Deactivation Due to False Link

I want to get a result now. I want to take this issue to court in Luxembourg. Can you give me information on how I can do it? What do I need? @Kika

@fakan i was told that link accoint take upto 6 month for reply as that the further investigation also you cna try contacting health team.and they might be able to help.as i was told on 2nd November they have send internal second review to mediation and they will inform me this is tje mesaage i got from health team ,

@Kika thank you for reply i only open first case with amazon my forst mediation took 5 weeks and 2 day i follow up on with documents they needed we can ask as it been nealry 2 month on 8th but atleast keep the case active we will.follow up on same case

@fakan hi i hope you okay i thought i let you know that they was 2 people who got reply from meditation they apply like about 4 weeks before me 1 was rejected as he sold aoke fake item and send meditation fake inovices of that brand when the meditation call to confirm from the brand otself and cnofirm thay the invoice are nit real.

And other person i don’t know what his casd he did get his account back.
Am.hoping to hear soon the link account are the one take long3r for replt as they need to investigate deeper sonlike yiur case might take like 4 to 6 month for reply.

In terms of legal action or mediation in general, unless there is a set deadline to respond, Amazon is not going to hurry to reply to you.

@Kika his case was worse then my mine wss just simple mistake they are now responsed to people i had laready had 1.reply from mediation that took 5 weeks and 3 day they could not verify am from uk so i send proof of document they have now ask escalation the cases and j do have hope i will get reply soon

@Kika I’m still waiting for a response from mediation as I don’t have the budget to allocate 5000 pounds for this right now.

@fakan i also jave not got reply but i hsve taken some action where theh have now send for another team to amazon who os asking reponse from meditation as they feel is unfair it has taken this long

Unfortunately, as the mediation is an out of court form of resolution pathway, there is nothing pressuring Amazon into a speedy response and resolution. They are generally very slow to reply.

My Account deactivated due to listing a product and i try for a long time to get my Amazon account activated, because amazon is asking for the invoices from supplier, and i nearly gave up on my account.
