@fakan the 2 account i mention are open and active my is still deactivated i thought i might get reply today bu then outrage happen so they was no reply amazon was down mamy website were down
@faz Yes, it’s really bad that Amazon crashed. I hope it gets fixed and you get an answer. I haven’t received an answer from the cases I opened today either.

@fakan just want to confirm your account has been deactivated less then 6 month as the mediation reject mediation if you apply after 6 month i do have high hope if your have apply within the 6 month as i seen quite a bit seller who had problem with link account and manage to get it back
@faz Yes, my account was linked on July 9th, and I submitted my mediation request on August 25th. It has now been almost two months, but I still haven’t received any response. Before applying for mediation, I tried submitting several appeals, but unfortunately, none of them received a positive outcome.
@fakan so you are before me as i submitted meditation on 8th September so you should be getting reply anytime i thiught you submitted mediation 5 weeks ago have you call health team to make sure it is under review as it is good to follow up every 4 to 5 dats as that what i been doing for past mediation
@faz Yes, I opened a case today about the situation of the mediation, but I think it will be a little late due to the crash on Amazon, because I still haven’t received an answer from the case.

@fakan they is another problem going with other seller vat mamh people accout are deactivated due to vat kyc and then seller also applying for mediation and each and every case is in queue and that might course delay and none of them seller ahould be apply mediation as mediation does not accpet cases for vat amd kyc and that why i think our cases are in long queue let pray we get reply soon
