Your account is currently under review in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement

Hey! I hope you’re all doing well.

I received a Section 3 notification today, and they’re asking for my verification, like a government ID and business proof. They also mentioned two ASINs, claiming they are counterfeit, but we purchased both ASINs directly from the brand and have proof.

Has anyone face this issue before? Do you think it will be easy to resolve?

This is the full notice:

Is your account still making sales, or is it fully deactivated? We’ve faced a similar issue with Section 3 back in February. We managed to resolve it within a week, but Amazon held our funds for about 3 months, and they were released at the end of May.

Just found the guide, thanks.

However, mine looks slightly different as its asking for the documents to be uploaded rather than emailed.

Had it last year. I got on the call first, tried to get as much guidance or information I could.

And prepared documents accordingly.

There were several Asins in questions, made a seperate pdf file for each, explained and named all the documents on the pdf so they can find them easily. Also wrote explanations on the documents.
