Wrong unit quantity received from supplier

Hello, my supplier sent me one extra unit by mistake , will that mess up anything ?

& also why is only 60 units out of 300 only eligible for prime ?

That’s awesome that you got an extra unit! It shouldn’t mess up anything, but you might want to double-check with your supplier just to make sure. As for the Prime eligibility, it could be due to certain factors like product restrictions or inventory availability.

1, No, Problem this extra unit will be added to your inventory and will be available to sell

2, Amazon slowly slowly adds units in the seller account, Don’t need to worry your other 241 units will be added automatically to your seller account

Hi, @jeek1314,

It is possible that an inaccurate unit count could net you a Problem Summary aded to your account. Too many of those and you’d probably loose your FBA privilege.

It is possible that your inventory is in Reserved status. There are three reasons your inventory could be in reserved status.

  • Customer orders: These units are used to fulfill customer orders.
  • FC transfer: These units are being transferred from one fulfillment center to another.
  • FC processing: These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing,

The Reserved Inventory report explains all these in detail. Plus, you can look up the status by ASIN or FNSKU.
