What shall we do for the invoice that Amazon now ask to upload for each sales transaction!?
An invoice is only required for business customers or for those that request one. So you just create on in any suitable software or online invoice generators.
You can sign up for Amazon to generate invoices for you, just look it up in search.

Personally, I have never uploaded the invoices and yes, I am seeing warnings but at no point anything happened with my account as a consequence of not uploading the invoices.
If you’re VAT-registered, the easiest way to handle this is to enable Amazon’s VAT Calculation Service, which automatically generates invoices for every order and sends them to customers without you doing anything. Once VCS is active, Amazon won’t ask you to manually upload invoices anymore.
If you’re not VAT-registered or selling in a marketplace that still asks for manual uploads, you need to upload invoices individually inside Manage Orders → Order Details → Upload invoice. There’s currently no Amazon-supported bulk upload tool. Many sellers use third-party software like invoice automation tools, but Amazon doesn’t allow you to mass-upload inside Seller Central.
So in short: use Amazon’s automatic invoicing if possible, because that solves the issue completely; otherwise, you’ll need to upload invoices per order, as Amazon does not accept a single combined file for all transactions.
