I’m just going through my orders, and I see that 12 refunds have been issued to buyers, but I’m not sure what has happened to the items.
I presume this is FBA.
Amazon may have refunded before the item came back to them. They wait for around 45 days and if the item is not back, they reimburse you.
If the item comes back and is sellable, it goes back into stock. If not, it becomes unfulfillable and they send it back to you or destroy it.
You can change some of these settings in your FBA settings to suit your needs. It’s worth reading up all the help articles relating to FBA.
It depends on what settings you have put on.
If you have put it on to demolish it, Amazon will demolish the return or Amazon can repack it if is in good condition or it can return to your address if you have chosen any.
Check in the settings, which one have you chosen.
You don’t use SellerToolKit?
A refund does not always mean the customer will return the item. You can check your returns in the return report, and in the transaction report, you can find the reason for the refund, if the customer has provided one.
I do.
