What do you suggest for this situation?

Hi everyone!

One of my products was shipped by Amazon FBA to a customer and delivered. But today, a refund was initiated, and I can see the reason for the refund is “Item not received.” However, the tracking number shows it was delivered to the front door.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

As it is FBA, do nothing. If the item does not come back into stock after x days, you will be reimbursed. Not sure how many days, it could be 45 or maybe 90.

The only thing you can do is wait the 45 days for reimbursement option and see if the item comes back into your inventory if not apply for reimbursement.
