Was anyone asked for all this during section 3 deactivation?

After going through Amazon’s Section 3 interview, they requested additional documents for further verification. I provided everything they asked for, but despite that, Amazon deactivated my account under Section 3. Below are the details of the documents they required from me.

Dear Seller,

– A valid government-issued photo identity document. The document must include full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer if applicable, and country of issuance or country of citizenship.

– A valid government-issued photo identity document of Virtual assistants.

– Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the full name of the individual or of the business, residential or business address, issuing bank information and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.

– In case of having a registered business, the registration document must be uploaded. The document must contain name of the business owner or legal representative, business-operating name, business license number or registration number, official seal or stamp of the issuing authority, business address, date of incorporation, status of the business and signature of the legal representative (electronic signature is acceptable).

– Supply chain documents such as invoices and receipts that include the item’s description, quantities, supplier’s name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.

– Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import and export documents, customs clearance documents.

– Authorization letters from brands and licensed brand distributors.

– Screenshots of the order confirmation emails/order history page from the supplier website with these orders.

– Shipping / Delivery confirmation from the supplier website or shipper.

– Agreements / contracts with VA and 3PL.

– Payments made to VA and 3PL.

Note: The mentioned documents must be authentic, unaltered and sent only in PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF format.

Any advise in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Now you have to submit the infos/docs they asked for.

I submitted all the requested documents, but I received an email stating that my account is being deactivated. What steps should I take to reactivate my account?

After submitting all the required documents mentioned in the email, I’m still facing deactivation of section 3. When I called health support, they mentioned they weren’t satisfied with me during the video call. I asked if there were any specific documents needed for further verification, but the health support team didn’t have any information.

Before I proceed with an appeal, I’d like to know what steps I should take to ensure my documents are submitted correctly and verified, so my account can be reactivated. Your advice or suggestions on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @DebbySmith, have you seen this guide by @ecomwithumair ?

He says they asked him these questions:

  • Name, ID, Store Name, Address
  • Last digits of the charge card and deposit account
  • Products listed in the account
  • Supplier names, quantities, and prep center names
  • Order confirmation (which I had already attached)
  • Product checking criteria
  • They reviewed the invoices with me and asked me to show the purchase-related transactions.

Thank you Kika, but are there any other questions they asked aside from this? I heard they are also asking unrelated questions during the call.

@mohsin Hi! I saw that you’ve been through Amazon’s seller verification process, and I was wondering if you’d be open to chatting about your experience. We’re about to go through it ourselves and would love any tips or advice you might have.

We’d be happy to compensate you for your time. Let me know if you’d be up for a quick chat!

Thanks so much.
