Section 3 under review

@mxamxulhaq1 I have a suggestion for you after going through your entire case again. You should make a Data Subject Access Request. This would mean that you will receive exact information from Amazon why your account was flagged, which will help you with appealing.

Not sure if they would comply with that in USA. Is that specific to non-USA accounts? That would be of great value to all USA based sellers.

@Kika

How do I ask Amazon for this?

They would comply in the USA as well, however only EU and UK-based individuals are eligible. Any website or platform that lets customers from Europe use their services or collects information about them has to comply with EU legislation.

EU law doesn’t recognize any right for organizations to choose to keep some data about their EU-based customers confidential.

Once you serve them a DSAR-request, they will have 14 days to provide you a copy of all of your data.

Indeed, I have no doubt. Unfortunately, the US seems to be focused on protecting the rights of large organizations as opposed to serving the people.

However, many European countries are giving away citizenships to people with ancestors of their heritage, so some US-based sellers may be able to obtain these rights.

You would need to serve a Data Subject Access Request on Amazon in writing. This is usually performed with the assistance of a lawyer, however you van do so yourself with some research.

Seems like that coincides with the graft.

That is extremely nice to know and hopefully that plays out well for those in the USA have been victimized by big tech. Again, thank you so very much for providing all of us with some VERY good information.

To be able to get European citizenship, just get an ancestry research / report using one of the numerous sites available, such as:

https://www.pricegen.com/

You may be eligible for EU citizenship if you have parents, grandparents or great-grandparents that were from an EU country. EU countries that offer the most favourable route for citizenship by descent are Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Latvia and Lithuania.

Some countries require you to be able to speak at least basics of their language, such as Hungary in order to be able to get a passport.

It is very common for Americans to get an EU passport this route.

Once you get the passport, all EU rights will apply to you as well.
