  2. I will try to reach them via Twitter, thanks for the advice.
  3. I tried to call and chat to them but all the time the staff can only help with buyer account issues.
    They cannot transfer the call, no direct phone number for seller support and they can only help send an email to seller support team. So far I have received no response via this way :smiling_face_with_tear:
  4. My phone shown the same error message and when I tried to use another computer from a different internet connection it still shown the same issue.
