It is visible, in the laboratory certificate, in SDS and on the pacakge.
Also the product have a CPNP number. Oficial register for Cosmetic product in EU.

I have just checked the linked policy, and as you can see, just under the copied sentence it states under prohibited items:
- Products that contain cannabidiol (CBD) or other cannabinoids. For more information, go to Listing guidelines for cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp products
The other linked policy contains its own requirements. Did all of your products meet these?

Yes, in SDS it is described that the product contain Hemp Seed Oil. No other CBD, THC or other cannabinoids.
In this case your advice is to wait 1 year, after my last submission, and then to try again with Standart PoA ?
Or I have to wait 1 year after the violation (placed on 11-05-2024) ?
Are you sure that the “Clock” Will reset after this year ?

From what I know, the clock always resets around 1 year after the date of the final account deactivation notice, which is when you can start appealing again.
However, in your case, if you insist that the product was not prohibited from sale, a single legal letter outlining all the evidence sent to Amazon should work.
Hi @Kika Our last plan was rejected on 19.09.2024 but our acc was deactivated on 09.07.2024.
From witch date we have to calculate this 1 year period ?
There should be a one year of complete inactivity with no appeal attempts and communications regarding the matter for it to reset. It will not reset if there are very recent appeals.
