Lots order of "Order not received"

I am getting a lot of refund of reason of “order not received”. I am getting a reimbursement from amazon for value of my products. But I am still losing my money for fba fee. Is there any way to get more reimbursement for the amount of money that i lose???

Sometimes you have to take the good along with the bad. Hopefully, you don’t get a lot of INR’s (Item Not Received), so the fees won’t have a huge impact on your business.

In all fairness to Amazon, they did pick and pack your order in good faith. Besides, the fees are tax deductible.

Thanks for the reply. I sell beauty supplements. These should be non-returnable but somehow the customers are still getting there refunds.
