Is it possible to cancel an FBA order?

Hello,

Someone has ordered 20 units of a product with a delivery date of October 22, 2024, and it seems like a fake order or one placed by a competitor.

Are there any solutions to handle this issue?

May be its not fake order. someone trying to test the inventory on any other platform.

You can set up quantity limits to prevent it happening in the future though.

In all Inventory => edit listing you can find the quantity limit.

Once an FBA order is placed, it’s not possible to cancel it. If you believe the order is fraudulent or placed by a competitor, it’s important to report it to Amazon’s Seller Support immediately. They can investigate the situation and take appropriate action, such as suspending the buyer’s account or preventing them from placing future orders.
