I’ve sold an item a couple weeks ago, FBA, now the buyer messaged me requesting a refund because the item broke.
Should I respond or let amazon deal with it?
It was fulfilled by amazon and my understanding is they should deal with customers.
It’s better to deal you otherwise customer has right to give you negative feedback or review about your products that will effect your selling performance
Amazon will deal with that dw. Negative feedback can be removed.

Respond to the buyer and direct them to Amazon customer support for assistance with the refund as the item was fulfilled by Amazon.
