I have had a number of grocery items FBA refunded by Amazon without return. Some of them were bulk orders of £100’s where the customer has asked for a refund and Amazon have just refunded without return.
Amazon are refusing to reimburse me for these orders, does anyone have any advise on this?
Check your Reports > Returns and Payments > Transaction View for the details. Then, hit up Seller Support with the order IDs and refund info, asking for reimbursement. If they don’t resolve it, escalate to a senior rep for help or better still connect with a reliable VA with closer reach to Amazon.
