FBA returns settings

Hello everyone,

I would like to have a product not being returned which is fulfilled by FBA because it is a personal hygiene product.

I created a rule in the backend of Amazon but I’m not sure if it really helps for FBA or it is just for seller fulfilled orders but this is the only place I could find such a setting.

Help is much appreciated.

Yes, the rule you created in the backend of Amazon will also apply to FBA orders. Personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns under Amazon’s policy, so the rule will prevent customers from initiating a return for these products.
