FBA return received destroyed

I just received a return from Amazon - I use FBA.

They crammed my product (5x35x60) into a TINY box (24x16x18) and now its destroyed and cant be sold. I would have been able to sell it if they had sent it properly. I guess at least for once it was in a box, most of my returns lately are just wrapped in bin bags. How is this acceptable???

Also I am enrolled for grade and resell - does this work for anyone? I am constantly pulling out perfect returned products - is that entire department blind?

It became acceptable because you and so many other continue to reward bad behavior.

@stephen Contact Amazon FBA support to address the packaging issue. Grade and resell can work if products are in good condition; consider reviewing the process with Amazon for better results.
