DPD dropoff for large boxes

I have a total of 7 boxes of dangerous goods. Size is 604040.

Drivers are not coming for collection due to parking. For dropoff they are not accepting big boxes of dangerous goods.

Is there any solution for DPD dropoff for these dangerous goods 7 big boxes?

They told me the QR code is not working. What is the solution. The dangerous goods dropoff centers are the same as normal or in different locations?
