I’m planning to bring a product in two different colours but when setting up parent listing it won’t let me choose colour as one of the variations. I can only choose material, weight and size…

Other sellers are able to list two colour variations in the same product category and all I’m getting from seller support is the same scripted message on how to create variations listing…

Sometimes Amazon does not give the option you can talk to the support team and take the option

It’s possible that color may be entered by uploading the template for your category…

This usually happens when Amazon has assigned your product to a category or item type that does not support colour variations. Other sellers may be using a slightly different category, template, or item type. I would check the exact category and flat file template they are using, because sometimes the only fix is changing the item type to one that allows colour as a valid variation theme.
