CX defect due to FBA return comment

One of my FBA order was returned and customer complained “ box was open and wet” if was a bar of soap. Jeff might have washed hands and sent to customer how is it my fault?

Its affecting my CX health badly.

If I contact Seller Support can it be removed?

I think it can be removed if you’re doing FBA. I had a few bad reviews related to product damage and the moment I appeal, they were removed because those are related to FBA. You can also ask the seller support team to do a bin check because of this review and you can share it with account health team in case the reviews are not getting removed automatically.

You can contact Seller Support and explain the situation. Since it’s related to FBA, you may be able to have the feedback removed. Also, request a bin check and provide evidence to the Account Health team if needed. This can help improve your CX health and address the issue.

CX health is voice of the customer ? If so it shouldn’t matter as long as feedback are good.

But it shows very poor on my listing health as it affected my NCX return rate badly.

It’s okay - doesn’t affect your selling account at all. It’s more a visual indicator on how good/bad your items are performing. Very useful for Pl though.
