Can I appeal this to Amazon? Any Advice?

Someone initiated a return of my product sold in Amazon (FBA).

Reason ? Because of late delivery.

Now the product was damaged by the customer and Amazon wanted me to removed it.

Customer damaged is not reimburesable regardless of their return reason. Check the Amazon Reimbursement Policy in Seller Central.
