Amazon FBA refunds due to missed delivery promise

Hello everyone,

have you received many refunds because Amazon failed to deliver? 11 of my 20 refunds since April have been due to delivery issues or the customer not receiving their order.

This is overwhelming me!

For refunds, if Amazon is not able to deliver, it will either be returned to your inventory or reimbursed within 90 days.

The stated return/refund reason is what the customers entered or reported. It could be them changing their mind or not being at home.

As advised, you will either get the units back or you will be reimbursed.
