Hi guys my account is one year old, I only do FBA
I got email my account has been deactivated for section 3 of bussiness solutions agreement and they requested identity verification, I did the virtual interview then got mail that my account will not be reactivated that it is suspected of engaging in fradulent deceptive or illegal activities, my account was in good health never received any complaints or negative feedback or reviews, my dilema is how can I appeal this there is not appeal button on my health page…what can I do about this? Is there anything I can do?

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to suspected fraudulent activity. They normally do this when they detect some red flags from the ways how you operate your account, this includes:

third parties repeatedly accessing your account from different locations around the world

large inventory from different brands / niches
-
shipping without tracking
-
high refund rates
What is your business model? What about the above points, do you have any of these in your account / practices?
Yes my boyfriend does access the account from a different country to help with the ads…I do only FBA
What should I do now?
This could be the reason for the issue. And what product are you selling ?
If you are a FBA-only seller, then most of the other issues don’t matter. So, this could relate to your sourcing and whether you have invoices.
I sell phone case, I have invoices from my Alibaba supplier which they dint ask for on the notification for identity verification so I did not submit them.
And what are the phone cases like? Is all your stock phone cases? Could you post here some images of the cases which you are selling?
If there are Disney, Star Wars or other movie, bands logos on the cases, then they are unauthorized and invoices from Alibaba are useless.
Yeah all stock is 1 phone case design with a logo of cactus jack guese it is a musician logo.
So you only had a single product listed? How many units have you sold? How long have you been selling?
Could you share the ASIN or a link to the product?
No I had it in different sizes and colours and material so it’s plenty of asins.
Asin B0D138C8Y5 this is just one of them… been selling them for like 4 months.
Could you post a picture, as I can’t find it? Do you have any record of the product title or bullet points?
I don’t know exactly how many I sold and where I can get that data on seller central but it is in hundreds
I had them in different phone sizes colours and material but with the same logo
I never got complaints about it
The deactivation came from Amazon MX I never listed or sold there but the day I got deactivated I checked my inventory on MX and found my FBA products were listed there the same day
So, this seems like an unjustified suspension. Did you receive any warnings or complaints?

So, what about the interview, what did they ask you? What did you tell them?
Are you still able to access your account and see if there are any appeal options?
He asked alot of questions and the interviewer had a very strong Indian accent that I couldn’t understand him most of the time, but 1 question he asked for my adress and I confused and gave my p.o box number incorrectly I really don’t use my amazon registered p.o box adress so it was not in my head.
I can access the account but there is no appeal option
