I would recommend you to request a callback from the Account Health Team, try to get someone who is fluent in English. There are many helpful reps.

You should have provided your home address - not a P.O. box. Why would you use a P.O. Box in your Seller Account? It doesn’t appear trustworthy.

@Kika sorry for the late reply I have been sick for a while. I made the callback and they said I can dispute but did not tell me how, do you have any idea how I can dispute??

Unfortunately, Amazon requires the proof of your home address to verify your identity. Update your account with your home address and provide them some proof, such as a bank statement.
