Zero units received on a FBA listing

Hello Everyone,

A few days ago, I contacted Amazon support to ask why there was a delay with my shipment.

They told me my inventory had been received at the Amazon warehouse and was in FC processing, and that I needed to wait three days.

However, after three days, Amazon closed my listing with zero units found, and the listing is still inactive.

What do you think I should do? Should I open a case?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This happens to me all the time. You have to send invoices for all the items in the shipment, I also ask them for the weight upon arrival as this proves it wasn’t an empty box.

I’ve never had an issue with getting a payout or the items ‘found’ within a day or two.
