I received this email regarding one of our items. They suppressed the Buy Box due to pricing, and all the other FBA sellers are selling it for between $12 and $15. I am getting approximately $2 profit per unit with an ROI of around 40%, and I know other sellers are also getting around $2 profit, not more than that. So, how is Amazon asking us to lower our price to $6? Can anyone please let us know how to resolve this issue and whom to contact?
