You are receiving this email because you have FBA inventory in an Amazon Fulfillment Center that we determined as "Unsuitable Units" under the Business Solutions Agreement (BSA). Please refer to the below table for more details

Hello guys,

please advise. I started selling on Amazon 3 months ago and have managed to sell 29 pieces of my product.

Today, I received this email, and I do not know what to do.

Please help.

They simply tell you that your product doesnt sell quickly enough and advise to lower the price or create deals to push the sales. Alternatively, remove the stock if you dont want go sell.

This email is mainly a warning about slow-moving or unsuitable FBA inventory, not an account suspension, so there’s no need to panic. Amazon is informing you that some units may be aged, stranded, unfulfillable, or selling too slowly, and they want action taken before June 6. Since you only started 3 months ago and already sold 29 units, this is quite normal for new sellers. Check your FBA Inventory dashboard in Seller Central to see which ASINs are affected. If the product is still sellable, you can improve sales by slightly lowering the price, running a coupon, or optimizing the listing. If some inventory is damaged or not moving, create a removal order to have it returned instead of disposed of by Amazon. Also ensure your removal/return address is updated correctly in your account settings.
