Why and why not? Assume you have invoices, delivery confirmations, supplier info, etc.
Have you recently received any IP compliant for these ASINs?
If you had one without successful appeal your inventory will be considered as counterfeit. Don’t be bothered to send if you don’t wish to reinstate your Asins as it will not affect your account health but the disposal of your inventory.

I guess it would be preferable to use both asin while appealing again in email.

Yes and successfully appealed before and removed violation. Now my question is if i should appeal again within the same email for both asins?because both asins mentioned in the same notification.
