Would using the same prep centre as other sellers cause problems with Amazon?

I hope you all are good.

A quick question about retail arbitrage Amazon to Amazon FBA flips.

Does having a prep centre lead to potential suspensions due to same delivery address?

Also in terms IP, counterfeits etc would an Amazon invoice / order receipt stand?

Any feedback would be appreciated

You really will not know if there is a issue whether real or perceived until you get suspended. Since it is already starting to smell enough that you need to ask others, use your common sense on this.

I don’t think that a prep centre address link would cause you to get suspended. Many sellers are using prep centres or shared address providers.

There would have to be an IP address link.
