Would it be more effective to create a new listing and work on taking down the existing ones with all those sellers?

I have an exclusive deal with a non-US brand to sell their products exclusively on Amazon and Walmart in the USA.

I’ve already obtained the authorization letter, but I’m facing an issue, there are over 100 sellers on average on each listing.

To take control of these listings or remove the unauthorized sellers, what specific documents should I request from the brand?

Any advice on the best approach would be appreciated.

You need brand registry. I would remove the sellers off the listings that are already established depending how many sales it gets a month.

If the brand has a Brand Registry, ask them to add you as an administrator. This way, you can remove the unauthorized sellers. Additionally, consider implementing transparency codes, which will help you sell exclusively.

Brand need to register trademark on Amazon and then authorise you as approved seller and give the control over listings - you will be able to issue IP claims etc.

There are 8 listings with 30-40k/month on each listing.

Brand is not selling in the USA nor willing to get involve, what should I do in this case, what are the requirements for me to do on their behalf?

Yes, I would take those listings I would not make new ones.

Ask them to register on Amazon and get their brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. Once that’s done, they’ll be able to authorize you to sell their products under their name. The process involves just a few simple steps and shouldn’t take more than a couple of days.

Without that, you will be only another seller on the listing even having direct authorisation.

I have just had a look and brand is already registered on Amazon, but a sea of sellers are selling it, what should indo now is there a specific document or letter from brand I have to submit to Amazon?

So if they have the brand registered on Amazon I should ask them too authorize through their Amazon brand registry?
