Hey guys,
I have lost all hope. I am letting go of my Amazon account after a Section 3 deactivation.
I keep getting told that my account is no longer eligible for reinstatement/reactivation and that I will have to request my funds after 60 days.

Hello,
whether you can recover the funds usually depends on the exact reason for the deactivation and whether Amazon classified the issue as a policy violation involving fraud, inauthenticity, or customer harm. In many cases, Amazon temporarily withholds funds during the investigation period and then releases the remaining balance after around 90 days if there are no chargebacks, A-to-z claims, or unresolved liabilities.
However, if Amazon states that the funds are being permanently withheld due to policy violations, then the only real path is usually through a successful appeal showing that the violation either did not occur or has been fully resolved with supporting documentation. The difficult part is that once inventory is disposed of and documents are lost, it becomes much harder to defend the original transactions, which is why Amazon places so much importance on maintaining invoices and records long term.
That said, some sellers have still managed to recover at least part of their funds later through persistent escalation, executive review requests, or formal legal pressure, especially if Amazon cannot clearly justify the permanent withholding.
