Wondering if anyone have faced this issue

Hi,

I sent my first shipment to AWD using a private carrier. My carrier says they have dropped the goods at IUSP Hesperia CA warehouse.

However Amazon says they have no record of appointment and no sight of shipment.

Not sure what to do at this point.

In most cases, the issue is no confirmed AWD appointment, so Amazon won’t check in the shipment even if it’s delivered. With the right documents, this can be pushed and resolved.

Do you have POD and appointment confirmation from the carrier?

unfortunately no

From what I know, Amazon doesn’t allow private deliveries directly to their facilities. If the carrier doesn’t have proof of delivery, you should be able to raise a dispute with them.
