The stuff we sell is reasonably high ticket so would not make sense to dispose. I presume the best bet is to get it sent to a US prep centre for the, to inspect and then send back in if all okay?

- Prep It Pack It Ship It (Georgia) – Offers detailed inspection, re-bagging, relabeling, and feedback on defective items.
- MCF Fulfillment (Texas) – Good for high-value SKUs; they do detailed returns processing and provide pictures before resending.
- Blue Ridge Prep Center – They’re small but offer personal service and can work with unfulfillable items on a case-by-case basis.
- FBA Inspection (California) – More premium, but they specialize in quality checks, refurbishing, and forwarding.
Make sure the prep center is familiar with Amazon’s “unfulfillable” classifications, sometimes items are deemed unfulfillable for minor packaging damage or labeling issues that can be easily fixed.
