Was selling on a listing where brand was not there.
After 5 months, once the listing was well established, the brand jumped into and sent IP complain to all the sellers, getting rid of everyone and became a sole seller.
Contacted brand requesting to take back the complain, after number of emails, got a phone call saying to pay Penalty fee in order for them remove the complaint.
Tried the other way by submitting the receipts and other supporting documents.
Won the case today!
