There is the company full business details (name + address ) together with the product description order number and all other details which usually each invoice include. I can eventually share phone number + Website on a separate file ?
I already asked the supplier if that’s the only invoice they can supply.
Amazon typically prefers invoices that include full supplier contact information, including phone number and website, as part of their verification process, especially during appeals related to authenticity or product sourcing. While having the supplier’s name and address is a good start, missing contact details may lead Amazon to reject the invoice if they can’t verify the source. That said, some sellers have had success by submitting a separate document that includes the missing phone number and website along with a clear explanation that the supplier couldn’t update the invoice directly. Make sure everything is consistent and easy to verify, include links to the supplier’s website, screenshots of their contact page, and highlight the business name and address match. If possible, also attach any communication with the supplier that confirms the invoice is valid.
