Why does my app say my acct is not active, but my computer says my seller acct is active?

Is it normal for it to show that your account is not activated?

Try to logout and login back again.

Try refreshing the app, logging out and back in, or clearing cache.

Maybe it’s a glitch, logout from your phone and then again login.
