Brand - currently anyone can ungate with invoice and sell these products.
Brand would want to gate everyone and make only a few sellers available to sell.
How easy/difficcult it is?

In this case they’re not gonna approve these applications. To have 3rd party sellers they need to be adding value to the brand - the brand is already on amazon and well established so theres very little value add anyone can offer.
I do believe its always worth a try but the above is where I think its gonna go.

Is the invoice from the distributor? Product ungating isn’t tough or a big issue. However, as you mentioned, the brand wants to clean up and ensure that only authorized sellers are on Amazon. If you are not an authorized seller of the brand, there is a fear of receiving an IP complaint at any time from the brand, even if you submit an invoice to Amazon. Can you please provide more information to clarify your question?

The brand themselves dont sell, its all 3rd party sellers. So brand would like to restrict, one of these were suddenly you become gated and cant ungate anymore.
