Which tax filing should I do, and how much does it cost?

I have a Wyoming LLC and an EIN only.

File the annual report on your LLC’s anniversary. If you have a reseller certificate, file the sales tax return, and also file the federal tax return before April 15.

If you have a Wyoming LLC with an EIN, your main state filing requirement is the Wyoming Annual Report, which is due every year before the first day of your LLC’s anniversary month and costs a minimum of $60, or $0.0002 per dollar of assets located in Wyoming, whichever is higher. Wyoming doesn’t charge state income tax, so you won’t file a state return, but you do need to file federal taxes based on how your LLC is classified, if it’s a single-member LLC, you’d typically file on Schedule C with your personal tax return, or file Form 1120 and Form 5472 if you’re a non-US resident; if it’s multi-member, you’d file Form 1065. You’ll also need to maintain a registered agent in Wyoming, which usually costs $25–$100 per year. Be aware that if you sell goods or services, you may need to register for a sales tax permit, and it’s a good idea to speak with a tax professional to make sure you’re meeting all your federal obligations, especially if you’re not based in the U.S.

Make sure to complete all required paperwork and tax submissions by mid-April to stay compliant.

Submit a ticket through the company which registered the LLC for you, they will be able to help you if you aren’t familiar with US taxes and filings.
