Where is the Integration, Sandbox & NWS access keys please?

Hello,

I have been going round in circles and Amazon help and support are not very useful for quick responses. I am unable to locate the sandbox option and NWS access keys or even locate the integration settings. I am obviously missing something so would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

Regards

In order to have access to a Sandbox account you need to register for an Amazon Payments Account. You need to register using a new e-mail address that is not associated with any Amazon account. This is because the service is not compatible with your existing account. If you use an e-mail address that is already associated with an Amazon account you will receive an error message.
Please see the following help page for more information:
[Amazon Payments|The online payment platform for Amazon | Amazon Pay].

In regards to MWS credentials, you can obtain them from the following page by clicking on Sign up for MWS.
[Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS)|https://developer.amazonservices.co.uk/].
If you ever forget your credentials all you need to do is click on the Sign up button again and register and the same ones will be provided.

Hello,

I understand your frustration with trying to locate the sandbox option, NWS access keys, and integration settings in your Amazon account. While I don’t have access to your specific account settings, I can provide some general guidance to help you find these options:

Sandbox Option: The sandbox environment is typically used for testing purposes and is separate from the production environment. To access the sandbox option, follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
b. Navigate to the Developer Central section or the section related to API settings.
c. Look for an option or tab that mentions “Sandbox” or “Test Environment.”
d. If available, click on the sandbox option to access the sandbox environment.

If you’re unable to find the sandbox option, it’s possible that it may not be accessible for all accounts or in certain regions. In such cases, you can try reaching out to Amazon Seller Support for further assistance in enabling the sandbox environment for your account.

MWS Access Keys: To locate your MWS access keys, you can follow these steps:

a. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
b. Navigate to the Developer Central section or the section related to API settings.
c. Look for an option or tab that mentions “MWS Developer Access Keys” or similar.
d. Click on the appropriate option to access your MWS access keys.

If you’re unable to find the MWS access keys, it’s possible that you haven’t completed the necessary steps to register as an MWS developer or your access may be restricted. Make sure you have completed the registration process and any additional requirements for MWS access. If you’re still facing difficulties, consider reaching out to Amazon Seller Support for further assistance.

Integration Settings: The specific location of integration settings can vary depending on the type of integration you are looking for (e.g., payment, shipping, inventory management). Here are some general steps to help you locate integration settings:

a. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
b. Navigate to the Settings or Preferences section.
c. Look for options related to integrations, connections, or third-party services.
d. Explore the available settings to find the specific integration you are looking for.

If you’re unable to locate the integration settings, it’s possible that the integration you are looking for is not available in your region or account type. In such cases, consider reaching out to Amazon Seller Support for further clarification and guidance.

Remember that the interface and layout of Amazon Seller Central can change over time, so the exact location of these options might differ from what is described above. If you continue to face difficulties, it’s best to reach out to Amazon Seller Support directly. They have access to your account details and can provide specific guidance to help you locate the desired options.

I hope this points you in the right direction, and I wish you success in finding the sandbox option, NWS access keys, and integration settings in your Amazon account!
