There is a product I am not sure if it has a patent in the US or not. How can I make sure? I noticed that Amazon is removing some product listings while keeping others. What is the reference for this? I tried using the USPTO website but couldn’t find useful information.

All trademark information in the US is terrible - the entire system is difficult to navigate. Google also has a patent search but it’s not much better: https://patents.google.com/
Sometimes the packaging will indicate “patent pending” or the patent number. You can also reach out to the manufacturer or brand owner.
In addition to the helpful tip from @VidsFromAphone, you should definitely appoint an experienced patent attorney to assist you, as you shouldn’t be relying on free online tools when it comes to intellectual property and other legal matters.
