When stock has been placed into defective status, how do I get it back into the fulfilment centre?

OR does it have to be returned to home adress ??

First, you want to see if Amazon will label them for you. This service falls under Unplanned Service Fees.

Unplanned Service Fees are charged by Amazon FBA when a seller’s inventory does not meet Amazon’s requirements, resulting in extra work or costs for Amazon. One of the most common reasons for Unplanned Service Fees is labeling issues. The current fee, depending on the size and weight of the item, can range from $0.20 to $0.40 per item.

If they won’t, you have to remove the units from the Fulfillment center, and return it to your home (preferably), where you’ll label them and ship them back.

Thanks for your time. Can I just tell Amazon to put it back into there fc? They are under defective status and I see no option how to arrange the labeling.

They can’t put them into their Fulfillment centers without barcodes.

Try sending a message to Seller Support. Tell them that you’d like them to label the units for you, under their Unplanned Service program.
