Hello everyone.
If you were/still doing a 9-5 as well as Amazon, at what time did you hire a VA ? I struggle to keep feeding the best everyday as I somedays feel very tired and/or cannot find any deal during the short time I have for sourcing.
Please share your experience.

I hired my first VA after maybe 2-3 months in the business. It was a shared VA with another person I found, so we were sharing the cost of the VA and the deals. I would advise trying to do the same if you can.
I believe that sourcing should be outsourced as soon as possible, as it is the fuel of the business. Without fuel, the business stops.

personally, I don’t think it’s a good idea to hire a VA to manage your account. There are so many things which could go wrong. It would be a much better idea to hire an employee to work with you in person.
