I’m thinking about expanding my product sourcing to countries like Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and possibly a few others. Before I jump in, I wanted to get some insights from you all. What challenges should I be prepared for? Are there any red flags I should watch out for? I’m talking about customs issues, shipping delays, or even language barriers.
If anyone here is already working with suppliers from these countries, especially Canada, I’d love to hear about your experiences: good, bad, and everything in between.
I would recommend trying one marketplace at a time:
Find an accountant.
Get your GST/VAT number.
