I submitted the invoice to Amazon for authenticity section 03 but Amazon rejected it and now wants the Supplier’s supplier invoice!
Those who know please look into this.

Invoice issued to the supplier you bought from, from their supplier.
Moving up the supply chain trying to establish the complete supply chain on a product.
Let’s say you bought from anc supplier. ABC supplier bought from xyz.
They want to see the invoice from xyz, go abc.
The hope is that xyz is the manufacturer of the goods establishing that’s where the product originates.
Ultimately it’s less about letters of authorization and more about ensuring the goods are authentic.
Where it gets tricky of course is a ton of suppliers buy from liquidators and other means. It’s not always coming direct from a brand.

Amazon clearly is not impressed with the supplier.
Have you tried evidencing legitimacy of your supplier first by providing company details from companies house, website etc?

The invoice of the supplier.
Its very difficult to get but they’re trying to establish supply chain back to the manufacturer
Do you have any letter stating the supplier is an authorized distributor ?
Or can you get the invoice they’re asking for from the supplier ?

I am very doubting it any supplier will give you his own invoice where he got the items from as this is legal document with private information on and is protected by gpdr atleast in the uk.

Yes, no one can give you the Supply chain etc and their complete info.
On other accounts Amazon accepted the invoices for authenticity and section 03. But now Amazon asks for a supplier supplier invoice/ Receipt.
Check your supplier name is listed under authorised distributors or retailers on that brand website. If yes your problem will be solved without demanding supply chain proof from your supplier which is obviously very difficult.
