What to do about a shipped canceled FBA shipment?

Hello Everyone,

I have canceled a shipment in Seller Central, but unfortunately, my warehouse team has already dispatched the parcels. I talked to UPS they are saying they can’t do anything until Amazon call them and requests those parcels to be sent back to my warehouse. I have an opened case with Amazon about it.
