I need suggestions. I am facing a Restricted Product Policy Violation issue for the first time. I was selling L’Oréal in the UK and have over 80 units in stock, but suddenly, the listing was deleted.
What kind of appeal should I submit? I noticed that many other sellers are also offering similar products in different quantities. This is an original L’Oréal product listing.
Can you specify the violation?
When you go to your performance notification, Amazon would usually specify what compliance documentations are they requiring from you.

To address the Restricted Product Policy Violation, first, review the notification from Amazon to understand the exact reason for the restriction. Check if the issue is related to compliance, authenticity, or authorization to sell L’Oréal products. For your appeal, prepare a Plan of Action (POA) outlining three key points: the root cause of the issue (e.g., potential listing errors or missing authorization), the steps you’ve taken to resolve it (e.g., verifying product authenticity, removing restricted listings), and your plan to prevent similar issues in the future. Include supporting documents, such as invoices from authorized distributors, to prove the product’s authenticity. It’s worth noting that some brands, like L’Oréal, may require explicit authorization to sell their products.
