What steps did you take to recover all your stock?

Hey!

I recently created an inventory removal order for 200 units, but Amazon only delivered 165 units and canceled the remaining 35. When I initially contacted chat support, they told me I could create a second removal order after 8 days. However, after reaching out to them again, they now say those 35 units are damaged, so I can’t create another removal order.

The thing is, my stock was new, so I’m really confused. Regardless of whether the items are damaged or not, it’s still the seller’s property and should be returned honestly. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

What kind of damage? Distributor damage, customer damage or warehouse damage?

You are right, even if damaged you should be able to create removal order.

Where are the asins now? In stranded?

ASIN was removed.

I could be warehouse damage.

If warehouse damaged, then they will reimburse you.

If Amazon marked the 35 units as damaged, they should compensate you. Check if you can appeal or escalate the issue with Seller Support. Have you received any compensation yet?

So where are the 35 canceled units? Not showing anywhere?

No, but hopefully I will. Thank you.

Yes, those 35 units are nowhere on Seller Central. But I found them in the reference ID of the order, where amazon has mentioned the reason to cancel.
