What steps can I take to resolve this with Amazon?

I’m dealing with a Section 3 deactivation on Amazon due to an IP complaint that has already been resolved. I’ve submitted an invoice to Amazon to verify the purchase, but they’re rejecting it. The issue seems to be that the invoice shows I purchased the item in a quantity of 60 servings (2 packs of 30 servings), whereas the listing on Amazon was for a single pack of 30 servings.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
