I created the shipment. UPS picked up my packages and lost them. on 08/08/2024. I waited for the shipment to be closed on Amazon to open an investigation, but Amazon refused to investigate it. UPS doesn’t allow me to open the claim because I can’t do it in 60 days.
Amazon should reimburse its partnered carrier. They have done in past for me.
